I know this was asked a few years ago, but why is there still no back button for so many pages. Any time I check a question or forum post I then have to click back to the home menu and go through back to the forum. Every single time. Please just put a back button at the top. There is plenty of space. failing that, swipe gestures. We don’t need to swipe to the menu because there’s always the menu button in the top left we can click any where and any time. please. I’m begging you.
Thanks for the post. Back when this came up, I did a survey of iOS users, and there was a huge percentage of users who wanted to retain the swipe to open the menu. It surprised me as well, but that's what the data said.
I may be able to add it in as an option in the future, but as I run all of renshuu on my own, there is no feature (big or small) that I can just "drop in" easily without considering a lot of other things.
Understandable. have you considered using anything like Codex to get it to write the code for you? I’ve been messing around with it to try it and it’s pretty good.
I'm lucky in that I enjoy the actual working with code, and anything an LLM puts out, especially in something that is not a greenfield project, is only reducing my ability to understand the code and my ability to make further changes in the future.
I've actually got a back button on my desktop shortcut app! So maybe you know that Mac can create desktop shortcuts to websites right? Well, if I use that shortcut, it automatically puts a back and forward button onto the window.

man, I know … I was of those people back then that voted to keep the “swipe to menu” functionality, instead of “swipe to go back”. man, was i wrong :(
over the years, being on renshuu every day, I am constantly regretting that vote. so please, consider adding this feature of “swipe to go back”.
