From the menu, open Resources, then Community Lists. Search for “Elementary School - Grade 2” Choose the Kanji tab, find the list created by マイコー, then click on the calendar icon to schedule it.
If you're actually looking for 2nd grade kanji, you'll want the kanji kentei lists (found on that page), as they like up exactly with the school levels.
However, your question makes it sound like you want to jump into the beginning of kanji (and skip the kana). I'd recommend using renshuu's premade schedules. From your dashboard, go to Manage your Schedules > All Schedules, then add the Beginner Kanji schedule.
