Hi there, I tried searching for an existing thread to see if this problem has been reported before. I have a couple of words that do not appear that cause the loading sushi icon to bounce indefinitely but the quiz will never launch. I've tried moving these terms into a new schedule to see if that would help but the same issue still occurs. I've attached a screenshot of the terms that are causing the issue.
Alright - it was worth a try! It'll take more time to look into it, but I can probably get to it in the next day or so. If you removed that schedule with just the two terms, I'd love to have you rebuild it so I can focus on testing that without the rest of the actual schedule "getting in the way", if that makes sense.
Just some extra information. Certain study vectors may be the cause of the issue. I tried studying the terms today with just the "Meaning → Japanese" vectors ticked, and I did not have any issues with loading the quiz.
I usually have all the vectors listed below also tickled.
- Kanji → Kana
- Kana → Kanji
- Japanese → Meaning
I've reticked them now, unticked "prevent newly added vectors from flooding this schedule with reviews" and reticked "allow a term to be studied multiple times in a day" but the other vectors did not come up as to be reviewed. I guess I'll see what happens tomorrow and update.
