I am having an issue currently, but I don't really know if it's my laptop browser issue or renshuu. When I tried to start doing my daily schedules, it doesn't continue to the next page at all and continues to load forever.
The same thing is happening when I tried to access other webpages like Japanese Lessons in Resources for example. I have to reload my webpage to continue accessing but it won't work when I tried to do a schedule quiz. I tried to access renshuu through my phone's browser and it has no issues but laptop's browser renshuu continues to have this issue.
Sounds like a caching or session glitch. Clearing the cache usually fixes those issues. Whatever the equivalend of Chrome's "Empty cache and hard reload" (for the website) is on your browser.
Won't log you out or anything. At least on Chromium based browsers, not 100% about the rest.
Please long press on the app's icon, then go to more info >data/cache. Clear out everything (no account data will be lost), then open the app again and log in once more. That should do it!
