Not sure exactly where to put this, but is anyone else having troubles getting into the app on literally any device? Lol. My phone and tablet (both Samsung) are opening straight to error messages, not even the little Kao-Chan loading picture anymore, just a white screen with "Web page not available" some text with a renshuu link that I assume it's trying to connect to, then it says it can't connect to that link because "net::ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE" I tried getting into the site on PC through the website to ask if the android app has any known bugs that would do that and I couldn't get in on the website either. Right now I'm on the desktop app version and at this point I don't know how this one is working, lol. I have no idea if apple devices are struggling too because I don't own any, but yea.
I noticed it because I was doing my normal daily review on my tablet, but everything was loading extremely slowly and looping questions. Basically, every time I get a question right, it shows the answer screen of the one before then does the question again before showing the right answer screen, then does the same thing next question. Wrong answers weren't looped for some reason. I thought my game must be lagging so I did the standard check for updates on device and in app, I downloaded the update for the app and then it wouldn't load at all. I cleared my game's cache and it still didn't load, wondering if a recent update might've broken something?
I know there's nothing wrong with my internet because I was using it on two devices (phone and PC) just before the app bugged on my tablet, then checked renshuu on both those devices that were using the internet and they both had the same issues with renshuu, but no issues with the internet. I'm assuming there might be a bug in a recent update since it broke after updating the app on my tablet. But either way, anyone else having issues, or know what to do to fix it?
I don't think it matters, but just in case it's related I do think I signed up for the duplicate removal testing thing so that could be a factor, but I highly doubt it cus that feels very unrelated. But I thought I'd mention it just in case it's helpful in any way.
