It's phonetically impossible, because having a small kana after another small kana would have no purpose since small kana (except ッ) always change the sound of the full size kana that comes before, so writing チェ makes it che instead of chi, but チェィ wouldn't say anything because the ィ isn't changing any kana's sound

good suggestion ミミ. 夜の光 sounds and looks better theres something pleasing about the aesthetic of the kanji 光
