well, there have been many times where I feel like I could relieve a lot of stress by just screaming my lungs out for a while, but I think I would scare my family half to death because that is something they would absolutely never expect me to do

I rarely go to concerts however, at summer camp in June, I will be able to scream as much as I want at rec rally and other raucous events

hundreds of kids in a circle screaming their heads off and jumping while super loud hype music is playing summer camp is the one time a year when I can go absolutely feral 
especially at Mega Relay on the last day of camp 
Rec rally is where all the kids gather in the afternoon and go as crazy as possible to try to win a reward for their Bible study
I think I would lose (wait how is it related to study?)
It's not related to Bible study but all the different study groups compete against each other throughout the week, it's really fun and all the competition culminates on the last day at Mega Relay where everyone goes ALL OUT
People will literally do anything to win the hype reward, it's actually insane some claw at the dirt while others will eat/throw grass

Yes, eat grass. Put it in their mouth at least there are no words to describe how crazy it can get, you gotta experience it in person to believe it I think I go to one of the most epic church camps ever
So they literally just tell everyone to do the craziest thing they can think of?? How is that a good idea I'd definitely lose
