The menu says I have 3 new messages. I’ve read them, clicked all links therein, etc., but the new messages count and the little red dot at the top of the menu never changes or goes away. What am I missing?
What happens if you close/open the app again? Does the issue disappear?
No. It’s been this way for three days, over multiple quits / restarts.
