Happens to me also..
When I come back on renshuu, I could see some unknown new players friending me, I just decline it ( I also feel bad at the same time 
)
I don't think there is any benefit of adding friends, its just you get to know them
Maybe they add you as a friend because maybe they find something in us that is common or unique or just for fun..
I don't add friends who are inactive or maybe appear on renshuu in like once a month 
Then why you asking this?? You're like a candy shop .

they add you as friend because finding some friends who can
help them to learning because i do this .

I think it's because they either find something they have in common with the other person, or they maybe need a break from connections outside of online. In that case, they might think that the person's sense of humor or creativity is inspiring and they want to let them know they appreciate them. It's just a kind gesture to get to know the person they admire.
And I agree with Anyway, because it is common for people to not want to lose you because of personal experiences you've shared or feeling sympathy and finally knowing that someone feels the same way that you do.
