Nikola Tesla is one of my favorite historical figures though and I gotta say I don't think his name suits you 
But, who am I to name things? I took marine biology in highschool, I'm kind of a science geek. We are notorious for being bad at naming things. (See also: 1,077 pages of fanfiction with a nameless MC.) 
Maybe take inspo from the Bible or a fantasy book? There's plenty of wonderful names

Wait so... Niko is like a foreign nickname for Nicholas? I never would've guessed Now I'm just imagining you called Nick for some reason
It can also just be it's own name lol that's probably what I'll do 
This is like when I finally found out that John is actually short for Johannes But now I can't not hear Nick it's like José vs Joseph in my mind now
Like I said, I'm just making a list rn. I know I'm going to change it, but what I'll change it to might change. I've been thinking about Niko for years now tho but we'll see

It doesn't fit me, and I feel it doesn't represent me well. I know for a FACT I will change it. The question is to what, and for YEARS I've found the name Niko appealing. I'll just see how it holds up to future me
I have always hated my name too but I won't change it I don't think it would help anything
