Has anyone else has this problem? I use the Android app exclusively and have used it no problem for about a year.

I posted here last week. Just in the middle of reviews, my account was refreshed. All the options reset to default, I received all the Welcome to Renshuu messages, had to view the "What is kanji" tutorials again, etc. Thankfully, it didn't seem to mess with my schedules or masteries.

Well, it happened again last night, again on a Friday. I had to go and fix my settings again. Then it happened again this morning, just a few reviews after it happened last time. However, this time it messed up my progress. All my unstudied kanji was studied, which is a massive pain.

Why is this happening? Any help would be appreciated.

Yikes, I would definitely send マイコー a DM asap so he can look into it, I think you can also use the (?) link at the top too

Thanks. I did DM him awhile back. Unfortunately it's a three day weekend in Japan (happy birthday, Emperor) so he might have taken off somewhere. But I didn't think about posting in the Bugs section, so thanks for that.
