Is keigo like where you say ではあります instead of です and stuff?
I think Keigo is the general term for the formal Japanese language, です and ます is teineigo but there is also sonkeigo and kenjougo which I haven’t really learned yet
Teineigo, sonkeigo, kenjougo belong all to keigo
Me neither But I accept new challenges
So far pitch accent was the biggest
moment
Yes I will look into sonkeigo and kenjougo soon
Me and some friends played D&D!
They angered the Aquamara (homebrew monster)
No idea how it's gonna turn out in the end
I love the cat!
Thank you Does it already have similarities with rows cat?
Omg it already looks like her! I can't wait to see what the finished drawing will look like
It looks so good!
I got to Stranger Things season 4. "Chrissy wake up" will haunt me
No spoilers for me this time I still haven't seen that season
Are you talking about that meme I forgot about that
No spoilers
I was trying to keep the chat spoiler free, but someone posted a character's death
The song is so stupid and I love it
The actual scene will haunt my nightmares
Is keigo like where you say ではあります instead of です and stuff?
I recently saw a reel about a Rakugo performer speaking to a non Japanese audience and his whole introduction (which is what he was explaining to them) took like a whole minute to say and had like twenty parts and basically meant "good evening ladies and gentlemen" so uh yeah I probably never will learn the highest level of keigo
I think I'm gonna start researching clothes/architecture for my story today
Oooh awesome I'd recommend eastern Europe
like Istanbul
and also Italy cos there's a lot of old architecture there lol. And most European countries tbh. And then also Japan
