Hey. Today at exactly 10 o'clock, everything got refreshed in the middle of using the app (on Android). I received all the "Welcome to Renshuu" messages, night mode turned off, all settings back to default, etc. I think (hope) the schedules and masteries are still ok.
First, why did this happen?
Second, I went through all the settings again, but I can't figure out how to always show kanji in the answer choices.
Thanks for the suggestion. However, that doesn't seem to do anything. I've toggled it off and on to no avail as well.
I'm wondering if it has to do with the refresh and it thinking I don't know any kanji? Like I got the "What is kanji" tutorial the first time I tried studying again. It has never done that despite a year of using this across two phones.

Ok, it wasn't that much of a pain. Saying I know up to N1 seems to display kanji in answers. Hopefully it's not a problem since I don't really know up to N1. Haha.
I would DM/email マイコー about the reset thing, your stats still show publicly as being far advanced along with your level being high so hopefully it's still tracking your terms. Just to be safe though try not to do too much in case its overwriting your terms

yeah I have no idea why the app would reset itself without you doing anything. Also the fact that some of the information on your account is changed seems like something that @マイコー (summoning マイコー) might have to deal with. Sorry about my failed attempts to help
Just one last thing: I was curious so I checked your account study progress and it still says that you know you kanji, so this only makes it more confusing

Thank you all for your help and kind words. The worst part about this all is I have a couple of free days at work. I was hoping I could make up for my New Years slacking. But I've spent all my time here.
