Update: I also extracted the notes. They actually extract better (not easier :D). I'll give you a link as soon as you confirm that the other one worked fine.

The actual file size is tiny, and I can download them in Incognito mode, so it's probably just your phone. On the off chance you can't download them on PC, I can upload them somewhere else.

Should look something like this on PC, and you can just download (top left) the file.

SMALL BUG: Just noticed the first page of the notes got copied twice (off-by-one error ), but besides that I think it's all good.

Let me know if you want me to fix that :)
