I have just made a short research about Signal and Discord. Man, it's dangerous! No encryption. They collect a crazy amount of data from the user. Personal info are collected and all messages (text and voice) are stored on their servers. This is not alright at all!
On the other hand, Signal doesn't collect personal info and no messages are stored on their servers, due to encryption. This is great in terms of privacy. No privacy concerns would ever be raised with Signal.
I have a question for all of you. Which communication platforms does each one of you have? Explain the perks and disadvantages of each, please! I'm not a tech person.
