I never figured out how to do that with my old friends before they moved on from me, so I don't really know how to help ummm, maybe suggest ways you all could hang out together? Being the one to set up an event might make them include you more, I don't know. I can't think very clearly at the moment, so sorry if this sounds stupid I might have better advice in a little while

I actually DM for D&D with them every other Saturday!
...they kinda talk over me tho. I punished that with, well, them talking over the NPC while he was giving a lore dump. It took them like 5 sessions to figure out what was going on
