All you have to do is write your name in a nice way it doesn't have to be super fancy, and you can be as creative as you like
Its mostly just write your name. Usually in cursive, but not always.
Ok Vishal here is my autograph

Here is my sign, when I become big and famous, all will be remembered =)
For @Row and @Reeji:
Do you really know that you could open gates in real life ( like 8 gates of taijustsu), but you could only open upto 1 gate...
yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees!
Yes, the concept of the Eight Gates from Naruto is based on a real idea from martial arts and human physiology! In real life, our brain places natural "limiters" on our muscles to prevent injury. These limiters prevent us from using our full strength, but under extreme stress (like life-or-death situations), people have been known to surpass them—resulting in feats of incredible strength, speed, or endurance.
The first gate, The Gate of Opening, is somewhat achievable in real life. It represents removing mental restrictions on strength and speed, similar to an adrenaline rush. When people tap into their "fight-or-flight" response, they can temporarily bypass their body's usual safety limits, increasing their physical output. However, this comes at a cost—muscle tears, extreme fatigue, or even long-term damage.
Second Gate (Gate of Healing) – Partially possible. Some studies suggest that trained individuals can increase blood circulation and muscle recovery through breathing techniques (like Wim Hof's method) or controlled exertion. However, this wouldn’t instantly heal you like in Naruto.
Third Gate (Gate of Life) – Extremely dangerous. Pushing past normal muscle fatigue and increasing oxygen intake could lead to higher endurance, but also severe muscle strain or even heart issues.
Fourth Gate (Gate of Pain) – Borderline impossible. The human body has pain as a warning system. Ignoring it could cause irreparable muscle damage, torn ligaments, or worse. Some monks and extreme fighters train to ignore pain, but only to a certain level.
LOOK, I have know to encounter the opening of the first gate as what I experienced...& u guys don't what to experience it ( there was this situation)
Beyond this, it gets too dangerous. The higher gates in Naruto (like the Sixth and Seventh Gates) would require the body to work at a level that would destroy it in real life.
So, while unlocking more than one gate is theoretically possible with intense training and conditioning, pushing too far would cause major physical breakdowns—your body just isn’t built for it.
dragon ball is a whole other concept
In a way, yes, but with limits. You can train your body to unlock incredible strength, speed, and endurance, just like the characters in Dragon Ball—but you won’t be shooting Kamehameha waves or flying around (unless you find a way to break physics 😆).
