I was in a party I am so sorry for not replying. You see...here I have exams and I am going in a party 
my heart pain has lessened considerably, and I'm feeling much better overall. The biggest problem at this point is fatigue. I can hardly walk up the stairs or exert myself at all without feeling exhausted Aw, it doesn't bother me at all
