I have to mention mafumafu, his cover of ROKI is what got me into Japanese music to begin with! I mostly listen to cover artists and vocaloids... a lot of chogakusei, forte, araki, soraru, takaokamizuki, and yasai31!

I came across a late Japanese producer/artist named Nujabes, and his music is so great

I would recommend listening to Battlecry, Luv(sic) no.1, and the space between two world.
