I've been practicing constantly and trying to focus on areas of my skillset that need improvement, but still no results 
does anyone have any advice? 
It sounds like you're feeling stuck in an art plateau, which is super common! Even pros go through phases where improvement feels invisible.
Try to feel these smallest changes, and you will se how these tiny, chimcken changes bring changes !
Compare your work from before and you will realize how much you have developed, embrace the process, these times come and go, so dont feel bad
Take a break - it's most IMPORTANT!

it looks like you did it on purpose and not "lazy" ..it's super artistic, I swear

(Could you maybe define the lines a tad more ? Because it's kinda blending for me.. but maybe my eyes are juqst tired, SORRY
Everything else is totally perfect in my opinion!
) It might be, because the lines are made in a colour close to the base colour. But thank you! That is nice to hear!

It's not much, but I drew this small gesture for art class probably the best thing I've done in a while
Wish I could draw like this... probably the best thing I've done in a while WOWOWowow, SO AMAZING! man those specific lines that u drew makes me want to crave drawing

Like I just finished one where all I did was black, red, and blue ball point pen and I fell like it's helped me a lot 
also try doing art challenges like 30 ones that make you draw stuff you don't normally do
I have these moments, I don't mind them. The more I try the more it doesn't work. That forces me to realize, now might not be the moment.. So I leave it. But when I come back it's better.
Logic behind this is you can actually draw faster than your mind can figure it out

I don’t draw much, so take this with a grain of salt, but my approach would be to draw brown grass first, then carefully add regions of various shades of green blue and yellow.
